NCCN Categories of Evidence and Consensus
NCCN：证据和共识级别
Category 1: Based upon high-level evidence, there is uniform NCCN consensus that the intervention is appropriate. 1 类： 基于高水平证据提出的建议， NCCN专家组一致同意。
Category 2A: Based upon lower-level evidence, there is uniform NCCN consensus that the intervention is appropriate. 2A 类： 基于低水平证据提出的建议， NCCN专家组一致同意。
Category 2B: Based upon lower-level evidence, there is NCCN consensus that the intervention is appropriate. 2B 类： 基于低水平证据提出的建议， NCCN专家组基本同意。
Category 3: Based upon any level of evidence, there is major NCCN disagreement that the intervention is appropriate. 3 类： 基于任何水平证据提出的建议， NCCN专家组意见存在明显的分歧。
All recommendations are category 2A unless otherwise noted.
