美国国家癌症数据库对2003年至2011年进行手术的1 574例pT1～2N0M0期SCLC患者数据进行分析，有566例患者接受术后辅助治疗，其中辅助化疗354例，结果显示，与单纯手术比较，术后接受辅助化疗联合或不联合放疗能够显著提高患者的远期生存（HR=0.78，95%CI：0.63～0.95）。
