深度学习系统在两种二元诊断模型中表现良好(表5)。在癌前病变(AAH-AIS)和浸润性腺癌(MIA-ADC)的二分类模型A中,其准确率和加权F1评分均优于专家(0.83 VS. 0.73和0.82 VS. 0.76)。病理医师在此二分类诊断中MCC最高(0.51)(表5)。在非ADC (AAH-AIS-AAH)和ADC的二元分类模型B中,其准确性、加权F1评分和MCC均优于表现最好的专科医师(0.85 VS. 0.81、0.83 VS. 0.84和0.53 VS. 0.38)。
