致癌基因成瘾
致癌基因成瘾（Oncogene-addiction）一词指的是致癌基因或表观遗传损伤驱动肿瘤发生，是肿瘤持续进展所必需的，因此代表了一种可操作的治疗靶点。这种方法的有效性早在1998年就已经确定，最为出名的是曲妥珠单抗获得监管机构批准用于治疗HER2+乳腺癌。3,4 类似的还有：EGFR，ALK，ROS1，KRAS，HER2等。
